Website and digital user testing privacy notice
To join our website user testing panel, we (Woking Borough Council) need to collect your personal data, including:
- your name
- your telephone number
- your email address
Personal and contact details will only be used to arrange and manage user research sessions and analysis. Feedback shared with our council business areas will always be summarised as group feedback or individuals will be unnamed (anonymised).
The user research database will only be accessible by a limited group of our staff working on the Resident Services Programme, and user researchers from our website partner.
We will hold the personal data used to join the panel until you ask to leave the panel. You can contact us to access, change or delete the personal data we have stored about you.
