In order to carry out our functions relating to land and property searches, we (Woking Borough Council) need to collect your personal data. If you choose not to provide your personal data we may not be able to carry out your search.

In order to provide this service, your personal data might be shared with the National Land Information Service and Surrey County Council. We will not share it with anyone else unless the law allows us to do so.

Documentation relating to land and property searches which may include your personal data may be retained permanently. You can ask us to access or to rectify the personal data we have about you by contacting us. You can also object to the processing of your personal data.
