We're carrying out essential works to our phone system. As a result there may be temporary disruption to our phone payments. During this, you can still make payments online.
Ask us to make repairs in your home if you are a council tenant or leaseholder.
If you suspect a gas leak, call the Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately.
Use the online form below to request a repair in your council home and select your preferred appointment times.
Leaseholders can also use this form to request a repair in their block or grounds.

We will try to book you an appointment when you contact us. If this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as an appointment can be made.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 1pm.
We will send you a reminder text to your mobile, the day before your appointment.
