If you suspect a gas leak, call the Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately.
Use the online form below to request a repair in your council home and select your preferred appointment times.
Leaseholders can also use this form to request a repair in their block or grounds.

What we will do
When you report a repair you will get a:
- job reference number
- repair appointment
Appointment times
We will try to book you an appointment when you contact us. If this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as an appointment can be made.
Domestic gas heating and hot water repairs (work carried out by Smith and Byford)
Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.
Domestic all other repairs (work carried out by Mountjoy)
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 8.30am to 1pm.
We will send you a reminder text to your mobile, the day before your appointment.
Get help reporting a repair
If you live in our sheltered or extra care housing, get help reporting a repair from:
- your independent support officer
- on-site staff
