Use the online form below to request a repair in your council home. Leaseholders can also request a repair in their block or grounds.

Get help reporting a repair

You can get support reporting a repair from:

  • your independent support officer, for sheltered accommodation
  • on-site staff, for extra care housing

What we will do

When you report a repair you will get a: 

  • job reference number
  • repair appointment

Appointment times

We will try to book you an appointment when you contact us. If this is not possible, we will contact you as soon as an appointment can be made.

When booking online, you will be asked to select your preferred appointment times. 

Domestic gas heating and hot water repairs (carried out by Smith and Byford)

Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 6pm.

Domestic all other repairs (carried out by Mountjoy)

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 8.30am to 1pm.

We will send you a reminder text to your mobile, the day before your appointment.
