We have published confidential reports and documents (known as ‘Part 2 documents) discussed during Executive and Full Council meetings between 2016 and 2022.
On 25 May 2023, the former Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing, and Communities (now called the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government) announced a range of instructions (called 'directions') that we must follow. These have been set to meet our legal duty of providing good value to the public.
We responded to the directions by creating an Improvement and Recovery Plan (IRP). Part of the IRP involved reviewing restricted documents from 2016 to 2022.
We have published the Part 2 documents for openness and to meet the goals of our recovery plan.
