Thames Water is responsible for flooding and drainage issues relating to:

  • water leaks caused by burst pipes
  • broken and missing manholes
  • public drains and sewers
  • foul water caused by sewage
  • surface water caused by heavy rainfall

Surrey County Council is responsible for flooding and drainage issues affecting roads, pavements and footpaths, including:
