As an employer with more than 250 staff, we are required by law to publish gender pay gap figures. As part of our commitment to equality we have also published ethnicity and disability pay gap figures.
Equal pay report
We support the principle of equal pay for work of equal value and recognises that there should be a pay and grading structure which is free from bias and based on objective criteria.
