Notice is hereby given that Woking Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Goldsworth Road Industrial Estate, Woking. PLAN/2023/0875/BRB: Demolition of all existing buildings and structures and construction of a new commercial/industrial estate of 12 units together with parking, hard and soft landscaping and associated ancillary works. Units 5, 11 and 12 within Use Class E(g) (Commercial, Business and Service) only, Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 10 within Use Class E(g) (Commercial, Business and Service) or Use Class B8 (Storage or distribution) and Units 7, 8 and 9 within Use Class E(g) (Commercial, Business and Service) use Class B2 (General Industry) or Use Class B8 (Storage or distribution).
  • 9 Kemishford, Mayford, Woking. PLAN/2023/0908/EF: Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory.  
  • 41 Chertsey Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0893/EF: Alterations to shopfront by insertion of a front door.
