NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Aec Building Rear, Aircraft Engineering Components Front, Canada Road, Byfleet. PLAN/2022/0959/BRB: Erection of a detached industrial unit with mezzanine floor for Class B8 and associated parking following demolition of existing B2 two storey Industrial unit (amended description).
  • Land At Hunts Farm, Egley Road, Woking. PLAN/2022/1091/RE: Display of 6 advertisement flag poles until 01.01.24.
  • Sainsburys, Redding Way, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0076/DR: Section 73 application to vary Conditions 5 (no concessions),  23 (size and position of concessions) and 25 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2021/0978 dated: 27/05/2022 (Section 73 application to vary Conditions 5 (no concessions), 13 (ancillary use and access), 23 (size and position of concessions), 24 (concessions to sell comparison goods only) and 25 (approved plans) of permission ref: PLAN/2016/1451 (Section 73 application for the variation of Condition 3 (CC sales area) to reduce the permitted comparison goods figure from 31% to 26% and variation of Condition 6 (separate concessions) of planning permission PLAN/2014/1388 (Variation of Condition 37 of PLAN/2011/0160 (Proposed extensions to Sainsbury's store)) to allow the in-store Sainsbury's cafe to be operated as a concession.
