Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • 1-2 Harland House, 44 Commercial Way, Woking. PLAN/2023/0954/BC: Prior Approval under Part 3, Class MA of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 for the conversion of first floor space into a 4 bedroom flat (C3 Use).
  • 136 Hermitage Woods Crescent, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2023/0990/CB: Erection of a two storey rear extension and 1No side rooflight. Installation of rear flue. (Amendment to PLAN/2023/0141).
  • Land Adjacent to 152 High Street, Old Woking, Woking. PLAN/2023/0960/BC: Erection of a detached single storey dwelling to the rear of No.152, with associated car parking, tree works and landscaping.
