NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Lycett Brown Swinburn, 14A High Street, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0296/JS: Prior Approval under Part 3, Class M of the Town and County Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 for the Change of use of first floor from E(g)(i) Offices to C3 residential to allow for 2x 2 bed flats and associated alterations to fenestration.
  • Lye End Cottage, St Johns Lye, St Johns Woking. PLAN/2023/0187/RS: Partial rebuild and refurbishment of existing cottage following partial demolition. Changes to fenestration, erection of fence, gates and detached timber garage.
  • 2 Lady Place Barns, Church Hill, Pyrford, Woking. PLAN/2023/0236/ER: Erection of a two storey rear extension and single storey side extension.
