NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • 21 Ferndale Road, Horsell. PLAN/2022/0788/BRB: Formation of 1No. side dormer, 1No. rear dormer and 1No. front rooflight (amended description).
  • 31 Lych Way, Horsell. PLAN/2022/0895/CB: Erection of a single storey side extension including new attached garage and first floor front and side extension over existing garage. Proposed conversion of existing garage into habitable accommodation. Erection of boundary fence following removal of existing garden wall. Addition of white render to all elevations and vertical timber boarding at first floor level to front and side elevations.
  • Hoe Bridge School, Hoe Place, 224 Old Woking Road, Woking. PLAN/2022/0851/BB: Demolition of existing storage barn and the erection of a new sports equipment storage building (potential Departure and may affect Listed Building setting).
