NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Stapleford Cottage, Danes Hill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0850/RE: Section 73 application to vary Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 7 (Tree Protection) of permission PLAN/2021/1249 granted 02.02.2022 for "Demolition of existing detached dwelling and garage and erection of replacement detached dwelling (partially below ground) together with associated engineering operations and landscaping." Fenestration changes and part pitch to walled garden, fenestration changes and updated tree report.
  • The Bleak, 3 Anthonys Cottages, Chertsey Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0706/RE: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension.
  • Unit 2, Canada Road, Byfleet. PLAN/2023/0820/BRB: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of Planning Permission PLAN/2022/0959 (Erection of a detached industrial unit with mezzanine floor for Class B8 (Storage and distribution) and associated parking following demolition of existing B2 (General Industry) two storey Industrial unit (amended description and site address) to allow alternations to the footprint, roof profile and elevations.
