NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Goldsworth Road Industrial Estate, Woking. PLAN/2023/0440/BBA: Demolition of all existing buildings and structures and construction of a new commercial/industrial estate of 12 units together with parking, hard and soft landscaping and associated ancillary works. Units 1, 4 and 5 within Use Class E(g) (Commercial, Business and Service) only, Units 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 within Use Class E(g) (Commercial, Business and Service) or Use Class B8 (Storage or distribution) and Units 11 and 12 within Use Class E(g) (Commercial, Business and Service), or Use Class B2 (General industrial) or Use Class B8 (Storage or distribution). 
  • 1 – 2 Harland House, 44 Commercial Way, Woking. PLAN/2023/0434/BBA: Change of use from Use Class E(c) (Bank) to Use Class E(b) (Restaurant) together with new shopfront and first floor front elevation windows.
  • 1 – 2 Harland House, 44 Commercial Way, Woking.  PLAN/2023/0435/BBA: Advertisement Consent for internally illuminated fascia sign, internally illuminated projecting sign and roof mounted sign.
  • Land adjacent to Hertford Park sited to the west of Burdenshott Road, Worplesdon, Guildford. PLAN/2023/0224/BRB: Proposed erection of agricultural buildings, structures and associated works. Alterations to existing access onto Burdenshott Road.
  • Millbrook Animal Centre (RSPCA), Guildford Road, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2023/0447/BC: Retrospective application for the permanent siting of a shipping container for storage purposes with associated fencing and landscaping.
  • West Hill Golf Club, Bagshot Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0433/BC: Proposed irrigation storage pond involving the construction of a water storage pond for the golf course irrigation system, planting of native appropriate tree, ground level alterations and heathland planting.
