NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • 19 Waldens Park Road, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2022/0917/BC: Erection of a part two storey, part single storey rear extension and fenestration alterations to side elevations. (Minor amendment to PLAN/2021/1242)
  • Little Oaks, Jackmans Lane, St Johns, Woking. PLAN/2022/0924/BB: Erection of 2 x semidetached and 1 x detached dwelling and associated hard and soft landscaping following the demolition of the existing dwelling.
  • Orchard Cottage, Blackhorse Road, Brookwood, Woking. PLAN/2022/0937/NS: Erection of a detached garage.
  • The Crofters Cottage, Chobham Road, Woking. PLAN/2022/0891/BC: Retrospective consent for ancillary single storey detached garden studio and a proposed ancillary single storey detached gym following demolition and removal of existing outbuildings.
