NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

  • Prospect Cottage, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2023/0431/JS: Subdivision of existing dwelling into two dwellings including internal alterations.
  • Staleigh Manor, Whitmoor Lane, Sutton Green, Guildford. PLAN/2023/0262/BC: Change of use of agricultural land to dog day care (Sui Generis) along with the construction of 4no daycare pens and enclosure fencing in connection with the Sui Generis use.

PLAN/2023/0374/ER: Listed Building Consent for erection of a single storey rear extension and first floor side extension with 1No front and 1No rear rooflight. Erection of a garden outbuilding following demolition of existing garage and outbuilding.
