Sheerwater Regeneration planning notices

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission, Conservation Area Consent, Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule:

  • Sheerwater Estate, Albert Drive, Sheerwater, Woking. PLAN/2023/0234/JH: Section 73 application to vary Condition 4 (approved plans insofar as they relate to Parcel C (Phase Emerald) to accommodate proposed changes as noted in the submitted planning report including changes to layout/design/landscaping/parking and the repositioning of the proposed dwellings away from the southern boundary of the site) of planning permission PLAN/2018/0337 for the redevelopment of the Sheerwater Estate (please see PLAN/2018/0337 for the original description). Submission also includes drainage details pursuant to Condition 20 and bat report pursuant to Condition 40.
  • Sheerwater Estate, Albert Drive, Sheerwater, Woking. PLAN/2023/0235/JH: Section 73 application to vary Condition 4 (approved plans insofar as they relate to Parcel N (Phase Cyan(b)) to accommodate proposed changes as noted in the submitted planning report including changes to layout/design/landscaping/parking/increased finished floor levels) of planning permission PLAN/2018/0337 for the redevelopment of the Sheerwater Estate (please see PLAN/2018/0337 for the original description). Submission also includes drainage details pursuant to Condition 20.
