Car park season tickets

You can apply for a monthly, quarterly or yearly season ticket at most of our car parks.

A car park season ticket allows you unrestricted access to your nominated car park up to and including the season ticket expiry date.

It can take up to 5 working days to process your application. 

Season tickets for Victoria Place and Heathside Crescent

You can apply for a season ticket in the Victoria Place or Heathside Crescent car parks, which are located in Woking town centre, using the ZatPermit online portal.

If you have not used the system before, you will need to create an account first.

To apply for a season ticket, you will need to provide us with the following information:

• your vehicle registration
• the name of your preferred car park
• season ticket duration, for example one month, quarterly (3 months) or annual (12 months)

Season tickets for Woking Park

To apply for a Woking Park, you will need to provide us with the following information:

• your contact details
• your vehicle registration, make, and model
• your vehicle’s emission rating in g/km, for example 131g/km – go to find your vehicle emissions rating – GOV.UK
• the name of your preferred car park
• season ticket duration, for example one month, quarterly (three months) or annual (12 months).

Season tickets for Woodlands Avenue, West Byfleet

To apply for Woodlands Avenue season ticket, you must work in the area.

You will need to provide us with the following information:

• proof of your employment within West Byfleet
• your contact details
• your vehicle registration, make, and model
• your vehicle’s emission rating in g/km, for example 131g/km – go to find your vehicle emissions rating – GOV.UK
• the name of your preferred car park
• season ticket duration, for example one month, quarterly (three months) or annual (12 months).

Season ticket costs

The cost of a season ticket is based on a vehicle's carbon dioxide (CO2) emission rating, determined by the Vehicle Certification Agency.

Changes to your season ticket

You must report any changes to us.

If you change your vehicle

You will need to cancel your current season ticket and buy a new one for your new vehicle.

If you are using a courtesy vehicle

Tickets are not transferable to any other person or vehicle, other than to a courtesy car when your own vehicle is being repaired or serviced. 

If you need to use a courtesy vehicle, please email us: 

• proof of repair or service
• estimated completion date

Cancel your season ticket

To cancel your season ticket at Victoria Place and Heathside Crescent car parks, go to your ZatPermit account:

• find the 'Bookings' page
• choose the permit you would like to cancel

To cancel your season ticket at Woking Park and Woodlands Avenue car parks, email us:

Any refunds due will be calculated based on full unused months. A £25 cancellation fee will be taken from your total refund amount.
