Terms and conditions for season tickets – Woodlands Avenue car park

How you can and cannot use a season card in Woodlands Avenue car park, West Byfleet.

When you apply for, renew or maintain a season ticket, you confirm that you understand and accept our terms and conditions.

Our rights

We have the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time.

During your season ticket duration, we can:

  • cancel your season ticket if it is fraudulently misused
  • move you to another town centre car park – if there is an emergency, car park closure, maintenance, or other unavoidable circumstances
  • change our car park orders

Abusive behaviour towards our staff may result in your season ticket being cancelled without a refund.

Who can get a season ticket

Permits for Woodlands Avenue car park is available only to people who work in West Byfleet.

Applying for a season ticket

You must apply online.

It may take up to 5 working days to process your application.

Until your season ticket is approved and paid for, you must pay the standard parking charge.

Using the car park

A season ticket is issued for your personal use only.

Parking spaces are not guaranteed, especially at busy times.

Parking restrictions

You may park in any standard bay unless it is:

  • reserved for disabled drivers
  • assigned to specific permit holders
  • a special-use bay, such as adult and child

Parking rules

You must:

  • park fully within a marked bay
  • not park on yellow lines, hatched areas, verges, pavements, walkways, or driving lane
  • not obstruct other vehicles or users

If you do not follow the rules, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

Parking liabilities

You park at your own risk. We are not responsible for: 

  • loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents
  • any injury or death arising from the use of the car park – except if it is caused by our facilities, or employees’ or agents’ negligence

Using a courtesy vehicle

Your permit or season ticket is non transferable. If your report it to us in advance, you may use it for a courtesy car for up to 30 days.

You must email evidence of repair or servicing, and the estimated completion date.

Cancelling your season ticket

You must email us to cancel.

You can apply for a refund for unused full months. A £25 administration fee will be deducted.

Lost, forgotten or invalid season ticket

You can email us to report the loss or theft.

Until a replacement is issued, you must pay the standard parking charges at the machines.
