Find your bin collection date, what goes in each bin, order a new bin, replace a bin, report a missed bin collection.
Request a temporary additional bin
Visit the Joint Waste Solutions website to ask for a temporary extra bin.
Next, select 'Request a temporary additional rubbish bin' from the list of forms on that page.
You will be asked about the people who live in your household.
Your request will be assessed to see if you could reduce the amount you are throwing away by recycling more.
If there is a genuine need for an additional bin, it will be provided on a temporary basis.
