Update: COVID-19 surge testing in Maybury and surrounding areas

Date:

Friday, 19 February, 2021

All testing kits have been delivered to residents in the selected area in the latest surge testing operation, taking place in Maybury and surrounding areas in Woking.

A rapid response from Surrey Local Resilience Forum (SLRF) partners has seen the operation almost complete within two days, with some volunteers visiting homes to collect the remaining kits from residents tomorrow.

A big thank you to all volunteers, especially from Woking Borough Council, and residents for responding so positively on the doorstep and doing their bit to keep their community safe.

Any residents who have not had their completed tests collected by tomorrow afternoon, can drop off those tests at the Mobile Testing Unit (MTU) located in the car park of James Walker Group, 147 Lion House, Oriental Road, Woking GU22 8AP and open from 9am to 5.30pm.
