The Waverley Court area and part of the Network Rail Aggregates Yard site were identified as one of the potential redevelopment sites enabled by the Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF) proposal for Woking town centre.
A private developer is undertaking pre planning application public consultation before submitting its proposals formally to Woking Borough Council, the local planning authority.
