Following a loss of water and power, council officers have been providing support and assistance to residents of Enterprise Place in Woking.
Since Christmas Day (25 December 2021), officers have conducted daily welfare visits, offering emergency accommodation and food vouchers to vulnerable residents.
The building is privately owned and managed by a property agent.
