We have had a number of reports recently of residents who have had tradespeople knocking on their doors and saying they are involved in some way with Woking Borough Council or our associated agencies and partners.
If this happens to you we strongly advise you to say NO. Do not let them into your house or give them any personal details and definitely do not commit to anything without first checking whether or not they are legitimate. It is highly unlikely that they will be associated with us but we will be able to confirm this.
