Step by step overview page
You should include 'step by step' in the title of your overview page. This makes it clear to the user that this is a process to follow.
Step by step page
Once you create the overview, you can create pages that sit within the overview. Each of these pages has a title and a step title.
Similar to guides, the title holds the SEO value and should be a full description of the page, as this is what a user will see in search. The step title can be briefer, as it just appears in the Step navigation and also as part of the next and previous labels.
