Extreme heat and health alerts
Both the Met Office and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have extended the red alerts for Surrey and the south east until 11pm on Friday 26 June.
Street naming and numbering
Register a new address, rename or renumber a street, apply for a property name, report a damaged or missing street name sign.
Register 5 or more new addresses for a new street
All new properties will require a number except in exceptional circumstances.
If building 5 or more new properties which are accessed via a new street, you must submit a minimum of 3 different street names to us for consideration or approval.
These must be:
- listed in order of preference
- have a local or historical connection
We will allocate the numbering sequence within the new street.
The proposed names will be considered by the local ward councillors. If a name cannot be agreed we will ask you to provide alternative suggestions until a name has been approved.
