Both the Met Office and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have extended the red alerts for Surrey and the south east until 11pm on Friday 26 June.

We’re responsible for providing and fitting street name signs in suitable positions. In the case of a new development, the developer is responsible for putting up street name signs, which must follow our specifications.

We also repair and maintain existing street name plates on public and adopted roads. You can report a damaged or missing sign.
Street name signs on private roads
It is the responsibility of the private landowner to maintain and replace street name signs on private and unadopted roads. However, we are able to supply and install name plates at a cost on behalf of landowners.
If you do not know who owns the private land, you can search the Land Registry records website.
