There are 164 affordable homes within the new Sheerwater development. As both these ThamesWey homes and refurbished council homes become available, they will first be advertised through the our choice-based lettings (CBL) system where eligible residents can apply. If you are on the housing register, you can register your interest and bid for these properties.

There are 68 homes within the new development designed to support independent living. Available for affordable rent, these sheltered apartments will be advertised through our CBL system in the first instance where eligible residents can apply.
