If we find you a tenant, you will get from us:

a bond guarantee covering your property up to £2,500 (for tenant damage and missed rent payments)
tenant check-in and check-out reports (completed by an independent company)
an assured shorthold tenancy (AST) agreement

The rent that you receive depends on the tenant’s financial circumstances.

Many of our tenants can only afford rents which match the Local Housing Allowances.

In some cases, tenants can afford to pay more rent.

To make sure a new tenant can afford a higher rent, we will carry out financial assessments before they are accepted.

Rent will be paid monthly to you direct from your tenant. It will be paid in arrears from the start of the tenancy.
