Supported living gives you all the benefits of living independently in your own home but with the added benefits of specialist on-site support and services.

We have a supported housing scheme located in Old Woking, which is suitable for:

  • individuals
  • couples
  • most wheelchair users
  • those who need access to lifts, wet rooms and adapted kitchens

Who can apply

To be eligible, you must be:

  • frail or vulnerable – this will be assessed by us
  • be a current council tenant or a resident listed on our housing register

Services and facilities

Hale End Court includes:

  • self contained flats
  • 1 and 2 bedroom properties
  • communal facilities
  • a range of essential and accessible services
  • flats that are designed and equipped to help people move around freely and easily
  • emergency pull cords in each room, linked to our community alarm service

From Monday to Friday, tenants can take part in daily activities and enjoy a great value meal.

On-site support

The Hale End Court housing support staff are on-site:

  • Mondays to Thursdays, 9am to 5pm
  • Fridays, 9am to 4pm

Visitors to Hale End Court

You can have visitors at any time.

Visitors can contact you by using the electronic keypad on the reception door. All they need to do is enter your flat number into the keypad. 

By doing so, this will contact you using the video entrance system. You can then give them access to the building by remotely unlocking the reception door.
