Extreme heat and health alerts
Both the Met Office and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have extended the red alerts for Surrey and the south east until 11pm on Friday 26 June.

If you still do not respond, you may get a door knock at your home by a canvasser. This is someone employed by us to check your details.
If you get a visit from a canvasser, they must should you their photo ID before asking you any questions.
If you do not provide the requested information at all, you can be fined up to £1,000.
