Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)

It is the job of the Regulator of Social Housing – GOV.UK to make sure social housing standards are met. 

They monitor:

  • the quality of homes
  • landlords, such as us and housing associations
  • tenant satisfaction

Each year we report to the regulator on 2 types of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs):  

  • management information
  • tenant perception measures
