About Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)
It is the job of the Regulator of Social Housing – GOV.UK to make sure social housing standards are met.
They monitor:
- the quality of homes
- landlords, such as us and housing associations
- tenant satisfaction
Each year we report to the regulator on 2 types of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs):
- management information
- tenant perception measures
