About the consultation
The results, known as Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), are reported to the Regulator for Social Housing and monitored against previous TSM results.
Consultation responses and feedback
The survey asked tenants and leaseholders to rate our housing services. It covered topics such as:
- keeping your home in good repair
- building safety
- responding to complaints
- keeping you informed
- looking after your neighbourhood
Our tenant satisfaction survey was open to one survey per household. A tenancy reference number was requested as verification.
Respondents were entered into a free prize draw to win a £100 voucher or one of five £50 vouchers for sharing their thoughts.
