Tenant satisfaction survey

Each year we ask our tenants to take part in a satisfaction survey, so we can rate our performance and identify areas for improvement.

This consultation closed at 11:59pm on Sunday 11 January 2026. Our next steps are to review the feedback and report back on the results.

The results, known as Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs), are reported to the Regulator for Social Housing and monitored against previous TSM results.

Feedback we'd like to you receive from you

The survey asks you to rate our housing services. It covers topics such as:

  • keeping your home in good repair
  • building safety
  • responding to complaints
  • keeping you informed
  • looking after your neighbourhood

How to take part

Our tenant satisfaction survey takes 10 minutes to complete.

We require one survey per household and you will be asked to input your tenancy reference number as verification.
