We own a variety of freehold assets. These include:
- commercial properties
- residential properties
- industrial properties
- various parcels of land

Our funds
Our assets are split into two funds:
- General Fund
- Housing Revenue Account (HRA)
Our property services department is responsible for the letting, management and maintenance of assets on the General Fund.
Our housing services department is responsible for managing our HRA assets.

The property services department is split into 3 teams.
Estate management team
The team acts as a commercial landlord for our property and land assets within the General Fund. Its responsibilities include:
- commercial tenancy management
- licensing (land)
- wayleaves and easements
- rent reviews
- lease renewals
- acquisitions and disposals
- commercial debt recovery
Some of our properties and land are managed externally by managing agents who provide professional specialist advice and services on our behalf.

Building services team (including facilities management)
The team is responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of our property and land assets within the General Fund. Its responsibilities include:
- buildings
- structures
- fixtures
- mechanical and electrical services
- energy management and efficiency
- facilities management
- contaminated land
- close circuit television (CCTV)
Property services finance team
The team manages all finance and administrative tasks for our property and land assets within the General Fund. Its responsibilities include:
- right to buy transactions
- shared ownership
- invoice preauthorisation and ordering
- budget reporting and monitoring (income and expenditure)
