The publication of this plan is one of many workstreams included in our Improvement and Recovery Plan (IRP).
SAMP framework
The SAMP provides a framework for us to:
- assess the use and occupation of our property assets
- achieve efficiencies and maximise financial returns
- review and challenge reasons for continuing the ownership of assets
SAMP key objectives
The target objectives of the SAMP are:
- Set out the corporate framework for the management of property assets.
- Highlight the corporate priorities and context.
- Set out the strategic approach.
- Identify the strategic target outcomes and appropriate actions under the SAMP.
