Use the online form below to submit an antisocial behaviour (ASB) case review:

You can apply for an antisocial behaviour (ASB) case review if:
This right was introduced in the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 - Legislation.gov.uk.
ASB case reviews are carried out by our local community safety partnership. This includes representatives from Woking Borough Council, Surrey County Council, Surrey Police, and other local agencies or organisations. They share information, review what action has been taken and decide whether additional actions are possible.
You cannot request an ASB case review if any agency involved has given you a timeframe that has not yet expired, or if you are unhappy with the conduct of a particular agency. This should be dealt with through the agency's complaints procedure.
We will review the information you have provided and aim to respond within 3 working days.
We will let you know whether your case meets the criteria for a review. An ASB case review application may be rejected if it is thought to be prejudicial, discriminatory, malicious, unreasonable or vexatious.
If a review is to take place, senior representatives from the relevant agencies will meet to discuss the issue. They will review what action has already been taken, and consider recommendations for additional action to resolve the problem.
Following the ASB case review panel meeting, you will get a written response detailing the decision of the panel.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the ASB case review, you can write to our antisocial behaviour officer.
