What happens after you request an antisocial behaviour (ASB) case review
We will review your information and aim to respond within 3 working days.
We will tell you if your case meets the review criteria. An application may be rejected if it is thought to be:
- prejudicial
- discriminatory
- malicious
- unreasonable
- vexatious
If your case is reviewed, staff from the relevant organisations will meet to discuss the issue. They will review the action already taken and consider whether more action is needed to resolve the problem.
After the meeting, we will send you a written response.
How to appeal the panel’s decisions
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the ASB case review, you can write to us.
