Before you can park free of charge in Woking town centre car parks, you will need complete the following steps.
- Step 1: apply for a Blue Badge – issued by Surrey County Council.
- Step 2: apply for a Blue Badge car park exit sticker – issued by us.
Step 1: Apply for a Blue Badge
Blue Badge applications are managed by Surrey County Council.
A Blue Badge helps you to park close to your destination, either as a disabled passenger or driver.

Step 2: Apply for a Blue Badge car park exit sticker
Before you can apply, you will need scanned or photographed copies of your Blue Badge. This includes the front and back of your Blue Badge.
We charge a £25 administration fee for all new applications and renewals to the scheme.
You can apply and pay online.
You will need to pay for parking until you receive your car park exit sticker.
How to use your car park exit sticker
You can only use the free parking if:
- you are in the vehicle as a driver or passenger
- your exit sticker is attached to your Blue Badge
- you scan your exit sticker at the barrier when leaving
