Apply for a Blue Badge car park permit

Free parking in town centre car parks for Blue Badge holders.

Before you can park for free in Woking town centre car parks, you will need to:

  • have applied for and received a Blue Badge from Surrey County Council
  • apply to us for a Blue Badge car park exit sticker

You will need scanned or photographed copies of your Blue Badge. This includes the front and back of your Blue Badge.

We charge a £25 administration fee for all new applications and renewals to the scheme.

Until you receive your exit sticker, you will need to pay for parking.

Using your Blue Badge exit sticker

You can only use the free parking if:

  • you're in the vehicle as a driver or passenger
  • your exit sticker is attached to your Blue Badge
  • you scan your exit sticker at the barrier when leaving

How to apply for a Blue Badge 

A Blue Badge helps you to park close to your destination, either as a disabled passenger or driver.

A badge holder can park for free:

  • in allocated disabled bays and on the road
  • in any car park for the maximum stay (in line with its terms and conditions)
  • on single or double yellow lines (up to 3 hours)

Blue Badge applications are managed by Surrey County Council.
