Zo Khan and Sophie Christmas from Seymours with Terry Fox, the organiser of the Woking Car Show.

Thanks to the continued support of Seymours and other sponsors, this popular family-friendly event remains free for visitors and exhibitors to attend and will deliver a welcome boost for town centre retailers.

Speaking about the Woking Car Show, Seymours Woking Partner, Zo Khan, said:

We are proud to be sponsoring the Woking Car Show for a third consecutive year and are excited to see its return this September.

At Seymours, we are passionate about supporting local events that bring the community together and showcase everything that Woking has to offer. The Woking Car Show continues to go from strength to strength, and I would encourage other local businesses to get involved and make the most of the increased footfall in town that day!

The 2026 Seymours Woking Car Show will take place on Sunday 20 September 2026 between 11am and 4pm and vehicle owners can apply now to exhibit their rare, unique or interesting rides for all to see.

Car show organiser, Terry Fox from Horsell, said:

This is our fourth event, and the pressure is on to top the success of previous years, but we are up for a challenge and promise to deliver a thrilling day with something for everyone.

Terry’s own vehicle, a 1950 Chevrolet pick-up, will be on display, alongside a curated selection of sleek supercars, modern classics, hot-rods and custom builds, which will fill the pedestrianised parts of the town, stretching all the way from Victoria Square, down Commercial Way and into Jubilee Square.

As in previous years, Bumblebee, the walking, talking, Transformers robot, will watch over the event but it will be down to the team of Ghostbusters and the resources of Ecto-1 to keep the giant inflatable Stay Puft Marshmallow Man in check…

Speaking about the council’s involvement, Deputy Leader and Portfolio Holder for Finance and the Economy, Cllr Dale Roberts said:

The return of the car show is fantastic news for our town centre. It brings families together to enjoy a great afternoon out, and it supports local businesses. Events like this create a great atmosphere, attract visitors, and showcase all that our town has to offer.

Visitors to the car show can enjoy all day parking (6am to 6pm) at Victoria Place for just £4.
