Closing soon… applications for the Council Tax energy rebate

The council is in the final stages of delivering the rebate payments on behalf of the government, which provides eligible Council Tax payers in bands A to D (as of 1 April 2022) with a one-off rebate of £150.

In the summer the council automatically credited eligible Council Tax payers who pay by direct debit and wrote to those who pay by other means with instructions on how to claim their payment.

A large percentage of residents have already claimed their rebate. However, there remains a small amount who have yet to apply and claim their £150 payment.

Don't lose your right to vote – residents urged to check their voter registration details
