Review or appeal a homelessness decision

Most homelessness decisions are subject to an internal review process. The outcome of your homelessness application will be given to you in writing. Details of how to review the decision will be provided in the letter if you are unhappy with the decision. 

You can also make a legal appeal via the courts.

You must submit your appeal within 21 days from the date of the decision.
