Ways to pay your housing rent

A Direct Debit is free to set up and it is an easy way to schedule regular payments.

We cannot accept Direct Debit payments for leaseholders or bed and breakfast charges.

What you will need

To complete the form you will need your:

• bank or building society name and full address  
• account number  
• branch sort code  
• address  
• payment reference number – starts with 50 and contains 11 numbers  

If your rent is paid by someone else, you will need their name and address.  

When payment comes out

You can choose if your payment comes out:  

• every two weeks on a Friday
• monthly, on the 1st, 10th or 20th day of each month
