Ways to pay your housing rent

Pay your housing rent by cash
You will need a letter sent by us if you pay by cash at:
- your bank
- your building society
- a post office
If you pay at the post office, you will need the barcode on the letter we send you.
You will also need:
- our bank details
- your rent payment reference number – starts with 50 and contains 11 numbers
- the amount you need to pay each month
