Pay your housing rent by cash

You will need a letter sent by us if you pay by cash at:

  • your bank
  • your building society
  • a post office

If you pay at the post office, you will need the barcode on the letter we send you.

You will also need:

  • our bank details  
  • your rent payment reference number – starts with 50 and contains 11 numbers  
  • the amount you need to pay each month
