Both the Met Office and UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) have extended the red alerts for Surrey and the south east until 11pm on Friday 26 June.
Tell us about a change to your personal licence
Changes you need to tell us about that affect your personal licence, including your name and address and is you want to surrender your licence.
You must let us know of any change in circumstances. This includes:
- a change of name or address
- any conviction for a relevant or foreign offence
- if you require a duplicate copy of a licence following loss or theft

Surrender a licence
To surrender your personal licence, you must notify the licensing authority that issued the original licence. When surrendering a licence to us, please post your original licence (both ID card and paper copy).
