We are responsible for any repairs to a building's structure, such as:
- fixtures
- service and waste pipes
- the exterior of your council home

You are responsible for day-to-day repairs inside your property. Your lease agreement explains these responsibilities.
You must make sure these repairs are done correctly, as required by your lease agreement.
If you notice any repairs that are needed in a communal area, you can request that they are repaired. This includes areas such as the stairway, hall or bin stores.

For elderly, disabled or vulnerable people, we operate a handyman service for small jobs around your home, such as putting up shelves or hanging pictures. There may be a small charge for using this service.
