Direct Debit is free to set up and is an easy way to make regular payments.

What you will need
To complete the form, you will need your:
- bank or building society name and full address
- account number
- branch sort code
- address
- rent payment reference number (starts with 50 and has 11 digits)
If your rent is paid by someone else, you will need their name and address.
When payment comes out
You can choose if your payment comes out:
- every two weeks on a Friday
- monthly, on the 1st, 10th or 20th day of each month
