Written local knowledge test

Take our written local ‘knowledge test’. This tests your knowledge of local geography and landmarks. It also asks multiple-choice questions on the laws and standards drivers must follow.

The cost of one set of tests is included in your initial driver application fee.

If you need to retake the test, please note that this is chargeable and not covered in the initial drive application fee. 

If you fail to turn up for your test without prior notice, you will be charged a re-test fee.
