Documents you need to apply
Please submit a:
- copy or photo of your public liability insurance of £5 million or above
- detailed drawing with measurements of your pavement layout plan, including furniture, access points and neighbouring properties
We will not accept applications without this information.
Application fees
The pavement licence fees are:
- £500 to apply for a new licence
- £350 to renew a licence
