Digital Action Plan

Our action plan for core service delivery, staff tools and infrastructure.

The Digital Action Plan outlines what we have achieved since January 2022, and what we intend to achieve up to 2025.

There are 6 workstreams in the plan:

  1. Build trust in resident services which are online by default, with support on other channels for those who need it.
  2. Give our people the tools they need to do the job.
  3. Get better with data, insights and performance.
  4. Make our infrastructure and systems modern, secure and interoperable.
  5. Build digital-era capability and structures.
  6. Support connectivity, growth, skills and innovation across the borough.
