The Digital Action Plan outlines what we have achieved since January 2022, and what we intend to achieve up to 2025.
There are 6 workstreams in the plan:
- Build trust in resident services which are online by default, with support on other channels for those who need it.
- Give our people the tools they need to do the job.
- Get better with data, insights and performance.
- Make our infrastructure and systems modern, secure and interoperable.
- Build digital-era capability and structures.
- Support connectivity, growth, skills and innovation across the borough.
